I'm Salem Peters, a creative leader and designer with 15+ years of experience building brands, directing campaigns, and bringing meaningful stories to life through design.

My work has taken me across brand identity, integrated marketing, art direction, and photography, partnering with mission-driven organizations to communicate ideas that matter. In my current role at Cru, I help shape creative work, lead and mentor designers, and bring consistency to the brand across platforms.

I love the space where a big idea meets thoughtful execution—where strategy, visual storytelling, and great design come together. I'm equally comfortable shaping the creative direction, getting hands-on with the work, and collaborating with others to make something better than any one of us could make alone.

Outside of design, I'm a husband, dad, photographer, and student of spiritual formation. I'm drawn to good stories, beautiful places, and the small details that make us stop and pay attention.
