Hey, I’m

Salem.

I’m a photographer originally from Kentucky, now living in Central Florida. I’ve been taking photos for almost two decades, starting with an old HP point-and-shoot and eventually photographing weddings, ministries, people, and places all over the world.

My style is natural, warm, and a little cinematic. I’m drawn to honest moments, beautiful light, interesting spaces, and images that feel lived-in rather than overly posed or polished. I shoot both digital and film, depending on the project and the feeling I’m after.

These days, I especially enjoy photographing couples, people, rentals, hospitality, travel, and the places that make life interesting.

When I’m not taking photos, I’m with my wife and our two kids, working on my master’s at Asbury Theological Seminary, or enjoying hockey, the outdoors, weightlifting, cooking, and reading.
